Little Tales Read & Create kit is an all-in-one kit. It includes a classic story along with props for your little one to recreate the story with their own imagination. This kit comes with our clear Little Tales bag along with the classic book, props that are organized in a tackle box, two Creative Doughs, and our Creative Ways to Play guide card. This set is meant to provide ways for you to engage with your children quickly and easily about the book, while providing sensory activities to foster your child’s development.

Little Tales Craft & Play pouches are a great way for your little one to craft and explore on-the-go. Little Tales Craft and Play pouches come in a resealable stand-up pouch along with crafting supplies, one Creative Dough, and props based on the theme. This set is meant to promote self-play and allow a sensory-based activity for your child to explore a variety of topics – from unicorns to camping and more!

Little Tales Creative Ways to Play guide offers a few ways to enhance the reading experience with your little one to foster learning and development through play! The “Explore” provides prompts to support your child’s play with the props. The “Imagine” section shares different ways to engage your child’s imagination through the story and play. The “Build” section provides your little one with the opportunity to explore and learn through hands-on play that engages their senses. The “Discover” section provides questions for you to engage with your littles throughout the story. Lastly, the “Enrich” section identifies elementary educational skills (e.g. counting / sight words) and character building opportunities that are identified within the story; this is one of our favorite ways to help our littles grow!

Little Tales Read & Create Kits and Little Tales Craft & Play Pouches are designed with children ages 3 – 7 in mind.

Little Tales Creative Dough is made with flour, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil and premium grade food coloring. Some of our doughs may contain non-edible sprinkles, confetti and charms.

We do not use any chemicals or artificial preservatives to make Little Tales Creative Dough. Littles Tales strives for 100% non-toxic safe ingredients for your little one.

Our dough lasts for 3 to 6 months if played with often. Since Little Tales Creative Dough is non-toxic, if it sits unopened on the shelf for too long the color and texture may fade. We recommend playing with it often to extend shelf life.

Yes! If your product has been left open over a night or two, please don’t throw it out. You can simply massage your dough into a ball. Once you have a ball formed, you can wet a paper towel and completely cover your dough and put it back in its container with the lid. Let it sit at least 24 hours, and you should be able to have it revived the next day.

Both will be available 3-5 days after being released. .Little Tales Read & Create Kits are released quarterly while Little Tales Craft & Play Pouches are released monthly.
